Leicht geneigtes, ansprechendes Wiesengelände, teilweise mit schönem Baumbestand, im hinteren Teil einer großen Tankstellen- /Rastanlage. Zur einen Seite hin schöner Blick auf eine Bergkette, auf der anderen Seite die viel befahrene N3, dadurch permanenter, je nach Windrichtung heftiger Geräuschteppich, für den die schwer beladenen LKWs, die im ersten Gang die steile Anhöhe hinaufdröhnen, hauptverantwortlich sind. Älteres, aber gepflegtes Sanitärgebäude, zu dem man einen Schlüssel erhält. Einige Stellplätze mit Strom- und Wasseranschluss. Im Tankstellenbereich etliche Restaurants. Dort auch ein kleines Info-Zentrum, in dem man Unterlagen für die Stadtbesichtigung erhält. Höhe: 1650 m
